The afternook begins with a Magical Massage Workshop in which we dive deep into playful massage, touch and bodywork.
We work in groups of three – so you will experience a beautiful 4-hand massage! And you will be part of giving a 4 hand-massage as well.
After the workshop we will have a short break before we go into the yard for a full, Magical Sauna-Gus-Ritual with music, scents, meditative playfulness and all-round good vibrations. Optional cold plunge included!

What’s going to happen?
The focus of this workshop is not to learn a lot of new tricks and techniques but to apply what you already know about bodywork and touch in a free flow session with plenty of time.
All levels are welcome!
And don’t worry if you don’t know very much! I will set up the afternoon in a way that benefits both experienced bodyworkers and complete beginners!
The workshop is a mix of masterclass where I let you in on secret tricks and tips of the trade + a practice session where you can really get your hands into the meat and bones of healing touch.
In the workshop you will learn to:
- structure an entire massage session
- work together in unison with another “giver”
- let go and allow yourself to enjoy both touching and being touched
PLUS: You will have the chance to experience a magical 4-hand massage, of a considerable duration, in a safe space!!

End the day with a sauna-gus-ritual!
After the workshops I will host a full one-hour sauna-gus ritual in the yard. We will have music, scents, playful meditations and amazing vibrations. You can choose yourself how much clothes you wear. Just bring a towel.
ABOUT THE TEACHER: Mads Ananda Lodahl is a trained massage therapist with 6 years of experience and more than 3000 massage sessions under his belt. He has been hosting workshops for more than 20 years and loves to create a relaxed and caring container where people can learn new skills and feel safe enough to improvise and explore. Mads is a regular bodywork teacher and gusmaster at Rört.
